Spring question

Morning All

Given the ability for other code-generators to initialise a subset of their attributes (im thinking of hibernate with lazy=true) at runtime
Does Spring IOC have this capability to determine when to initialise any known subset of attributes(I am thinking of BeanFactory) ..such as waiting for a runtime condition for initialisation that set of attributes? If so how is this configured?
