ms soap .net

I am not a .net developer officially, but I am working on a more generically
controllable soap dom for the ms side. I find the lack of optional
implementation disturbing, so that is why I am doing it. Also I find the
required optional implementation disturbing, so I will be work on a similar
java project with less hard requirements. my ms side is dirty, but about 80%
working. I need much refinement.
