CVS head broken

CVS head fails to build correctly due to a missing shbat/lib/optional 
directory - not copied over during build since it is empty in the src 
tree (other than readme.txt).

Creating the directory makes things work just fine - need to make this 
happen in the build script.

Got it. I did not see it as I had jimi.jar in that dir. Thanks for
checking, should be fixed now.
