[PR] Refactor DataNode table update state [iotdb]
Caideyipi opened a new pull request, #18746:
URL: https://github.com/apache/iotdb/pull/18746
## Description
- Replace the separate `previousTableMap` with a per-table `TableUpdateState` that keeps the pending schema, fetch version, and rollback snapshot together.
- Preserve the first before-image across repeated pre-update callbacks.
- Keep the restart recovery behavior: when the previous schema is unavailable, rollback evicts the untrusted initialized schema and leaves a non-committable marker so the next lookup fetches the canonical ConfigNode schema.
- Clarify that the ordinary fetch path does not return a table schema while its procedure is running.
This is a follow-up to #18626. It keeps the rollback protection introduced there while removing the consistency burden of maintaining two maps for one table update.
## Tests
- `mvn spotless:apply -pl iotdb-core/datanode`
- `mvn test -pl iotdb-core/datanode -Dtest=DataNodeTableCacheTest -DforkCount=0` (9 tests passed)
