   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   Since every source MUST have an associated output topic, I am surprised that the ability to define this setting is not made available via the command line tool as a standard switch, e.g. --output.  Therefore, every source created MUST have a source-config file even if it just contains the output topic, which seems like a undo burden
   
   The sink create command has a --input switch, so this feature would bring about parity between the two commands in terms of ease of specifying the topics.

   Add a --output switch to the Pulsar Admin CLI create source command
