If a NullPointerException occurs in an ObjectFactory, the resulting Exception is "NamingException:  null" which is not clear as to the source of the Exception.

    at org.apache.ldap.server.jndi.ServerContext.lookup(ServerContext.java:593)
    at org.apache.ldap.server.jndi.ServerContext.lookup(ServerContext.java:572)
