   Within the NuttX build environment only the Non-Secure World Firmware (NuttX + App) is build.  This patch applies to the TrustedFirmware-M code within ST's STM32CubeL5 repository.  Their build process is quite complicated and requires manual intervention.  I don't think it can easily be integrated.
   
   For my projects I am actually using buildroot to build both NuttX and TrustedFirmware-M (from upstream, not ST's variant) and the integrated and signed firmware image.
