I'd like some confirmation that it still builds on NT with Makefile.nt
and on Win95 with Makefile_win32.txt.  Unfortunately, I can't get my
ssh-tunnelled cvs to work any more on my Win95 test machine.

It works fine on Solaris 2.5, both configure and manual Configure.
