[users@httpd] Unable To Get -Indexes Option To Work With autoindex Enabled

We are running Apache 2.0.49 and I have been unable to suppress any
directory listings when there is no index page.

 

I've tried using the -Indexes stuff in Options but it still gives a file
list.  I've included all of the directives in my conf file that have to do
with options.  Any ideas?
