XAP has been retired due to inactivity

Hi XAP users,

The Incubator PMC has decided to retire the XAP project due to inactivity.

I am closing down the project resources as described in [1].

The codebase and project web site still exist, but no further
development is expected. Please contact general@incubator.apache.org
if you are interested in restarting the project.
