In general (and one of the reasons ClearTK is getting rid of Options_ImplBase), I'd recommend jewelcli over args4j.

> cleartk 2.0 seems to be deprecating the Options_ImplBase helper class that several of our classes use. Since there is a simple fix (calling the parse method of the CmdLineParser class), we can just fix it ahead of time and be ahead of the curve for when cleartk 2.0 is actually released.
