JIRA SOLR-* karma
I'd like to be able to assign https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-744 to myself, but I don't have karma (I assume that's the problem, anyway, since I'm logged in, but assignment and editing options don't show up).
Would someone please grant me karma for Solr JIRA issues?

worst case: you can close the solr issue as duplicate and put the solr
factory changes on the lucene ticket.
