How to follow Arrow development activity more closely

Reminder to all that if you wish to follow along with day-to-day Arrow
development, I recommend

* Watching the GitHub repository apache/arrow (to be notified about
pull request)

* Subscribe to issues@arrow.apache.org to receive e-mail notifications
about JIRA activity. Only new issue creation notifications are sent to
dev@, further activity is only sent to issues@
