   Example:
   
     keep = {1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15};
     subtract = {5, 9, 13};
   
     Subtract from offset [2, 6) = {5, 7, 9, 11}
     Expected: {5, 7, 9, 11} - {5, 9, 13} = {7, 11}
     Actual: {1, 3, 5}
