+1 for the profile exchange concept:)
Additionally, I see that other profiles previously added by the installation are now missing - for example the CCR and RASCAL profiles.
Unlike ATS related parameters, when discussing parameters that go into CrConfig we might want these profiles parameters to be part of the basic install.
