1.7.0 up for signing

At the risk of jinxing the proposed Oct. 11 release date for 1.7.0,
I'm posting the proposed tarballs for signing and testing:
http://people.apache.org/~hwright/svn/1.7.0/

These are cut from the same magic rev as 1.7.0-rc4, meaning that if
you've already tested rc4, you can just verify this fact and sign the
new tarballs. (If you haven't tested, feel free to do so.) As usual,
please post your signatures here:
http://work.hyrumwright.org/pub/svn/collect_sigs.py

I'd really like to make that Oct. 11 date, and I'm hoping that a week
lead time is enough to accommodate various travel schedules and other
events.

Thanks,
-Hyrum

It occurred to me yesterday, and I think bears repeating, that because
of the mirror system, it would be good to have all the signatures in
by Oct. 10 for an Oct. 11 release date. I'm sure we'll have them by
then anyway, but just to help dispel any confusion, I thought I'd
remind folks: please get your signatures in by Oct. 10 (or sooner).

Thanks to those who have sent their signatures so far.
