SERVER_ADDR patch

SERVER_NAME, SERVER_PORT, and SERVER_ADMIN are supported in expression usage.
The following patch adds SERVER_ADDR as well. My use case is to check if
REMOTE_ADDR matches SERVER_ADDR, in which case it's a local lookup to set an
env flag.
