I think it's difficult to explain why hydrogen chloride is important as an
exception (from 'correct 2 leading capitals?), but not potassium chloride.

I think we would need a more powerful solution like subject-specific
dictionaries with automatic completion of Autocorrect list. For example for
chemists, jurists, ...
