[Axis2] Removing unnecessary attribute from parameter

Hi all;



The declaration of parameters in Axis2 to be done as follows

   <parameter name="parameterName" locked="xsd:false">parameter value </parameter>

 

I can not see any use case of   locked="xsd:false" attribute there , so can I remove that.
