RE: Incubator report due

I just created a user (JamesMasanz) on the
http://wiki.apache.org/incubator but I don't see an EditText option on
the page, so I'm guessing I need to be given authority yet, just as I
need my svn user ID etc created (I only just recently submitted my
ICLA).

So I will post my one comment for the report here --  we plan to have a
release of cTAKES yet this summer from our old sourceforge site while we
are getting things set up on the Apache site, and that accounts for the
low email traffic on ctakes-dev so far.
