[jira] [Commented] (KARAF-967) Character left in input buffer after using log:tail

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-967?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13427611#comment-13427611 ]

Heath Kesler commented on KARAF-967:
------------------------------------

I was not able to recreate in 2.2.8 or 3.0. I was able to use log:tail and Ctrl+C out and immediately run list without issue. I tried this multiple times, can you verify or update this if you are still having the issue?

> Project: Karaf
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: karaf-shell
> Affects Versions: 2.2.4
> Environment: Mac OS X
> Windows 7

> Priority: Trivial

> I often use log:tail to follow the logs. After I'm done I type Ctrl+C. The problem with this is that there seems to be an invisible character (possible Ctrl+C) left in the input buffer. If I type a command directly after using log:tail, I get a CommandNotFoundException.
> The simple work around is to press backspace each time after using log:tail, but this is simple to forget.
