Take care when downloading patches directly from Github. Sometimes the
browsers silently add some HTML to them. The attached file is an HTML
file, not a patch! :)

Thanks for catching that, Ignasi! I've updated the attachment.

In fact, the file itself is fine - the HTML stuff seems to have been  
added by Chrome when I saved it as "All Files" rather than a "Text  
Document"..?!?
