Should .../trunk/build.xml's drt depend on build.dist?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if there were any reasons for the "drt" *not* depending
on "build.dist" (in .../trunk/build.xml). Since there is an actual
dependency (i.e. build.dist needs to be run before the drts), the "drt"
target should depend on "build.dist" otherwise.
