https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=51501
Bug #: 51501
Summary: "When not to use mod_rewrite" documentation for Apache
2.2 refers to future feature - IF directive
Product: Apache httpd-2
Version: 2.2-HEAD
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Documentation
AssignedTo: docs@httpd.apache.org
ReportedBy: rich@atomic-x.co.uk
Classification: Unclassified
The documentation entitled "When not to use mod_rewrite" located at:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/rewrite/avoid.html has a section entitled
"Environment Variable Testing" which refers to the IF directive several times
and links to http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/expr.html - the IF directive does
not appear to exist in Apache 2.2 and the link to "expression evaluation
documentation " returns a 404.
