tika-helm now on artifacthub.io

Hi user@, dev@,

For those running Tika on Kubernetes, you can now conveniently find the
Helm Chart via artifacthub.io

https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/apache-tika/tika

I’ll build in a little more automation so that this thing just takes care
of itself.
