tables and trees...a gui problem

hello people,

i am wanting to display a large jtable with data
spanning multiple tables. while easy with using
resultsets, i want to use the criteria features in
torque and be able to extract om objects from the
tables.

i have tried using the selectVillageRecords fuction
but, to my avail, that just returns the same data but
not in objects. is there any way for me to get large
rows spanning multiple tables, but with easy
convertion to the om classes?

on another note, i also need to be able to display the
schema and data in a tree structure. i was wondering
if anyone had already written this and if it were
possible for me to get a copy. i do have ideas on how
to implement this, but it would save me lots of time i
do not have.

thanks, any help would be most appreciated.
