The first part of doing an HDFS to Ozone upgrade is understanding the current cluster information and the post-upgrade state. The Ozone upgrade planner will read the information of an HDFS cluster and allow the user to fine tune how the resulting HDFS and Ozone cluster should look like. This tool is primarily a visualizer for HDFS and an orchestrator for the the upgrade.
