Current table structure:

Instead, we should display by default:
 * slave_public
 * slave_public/dcos-edgelb_pools_edgelb-persistent-pool-role
 * slave_public/kubernetes-role

Even better, we should have a way to collapse all the {{slave_public/}} roles.
