   @lidavidm , yes, I am using vcpkg.
   My OS is Linux Mint 20.2, 
   cmake version 3.16.3
   g++ (Ubuntu 9.3.0-17ubuntu1~20.04) 9.3.0
   gcc (Ubuntu 9.3.0-17ubuntu1~20.04) 9.3.0
