Archetype format

Shane,

Please keep an eye on this one:  http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/ARCHETYPE-101

I can't remember which way you changed the NMaven archetype to "fix"
the error, but it may be that the plugin is broken, not the archetype.

Where did archetype.xml end up in the NMaven archetype?

Originally, I had placed archetype.xml in the META_INF/maven directory, but
recently (in the update last week) I moved it directly to the META-INF
directory.
