problem ?
howdy ;
after the build of the mod_jk.so and jni_connect.so
i performed a make install , everything related to the mod_jk.so was copied
( to the modules dir of the apache)
but i assumed this was also the case for the jni_connect.so !
is this normal or do i have to copy the jni_connect.so manually to the
modules dir ,
anything else i do need to copy ?
thanks in advance
christoph

Chris,
I didn't run a make install, but manually copied
things over to the <apache-root>/modules directory.
However, take a look at the Makefile to see what's
installed.
I would think that if you did a configure with
--with-jni, the resulting Makefile should have the
appropriate install targets.
I'll reboot later on today and take a look at the
Linux side of my box to make sure. If there is no
target for the jni, then I would consider this a bug
in the generated Makefile.

just my two cents . . . .
