[VOTE][AXIS2] Release Axis2-1.6.0
Hi Devs,
This is a call for votes to release Axis2-1.6.0.

Sagara, I think there should be more than 68 fixed issues for this release.
Most of the issues are not having the fix version and therefore not counted
in the filter.
Anyway, +1 for the release.

Deepal,
Those have been marked as blockers by users. One issue is already fixed but
the user reopened it because the version in which it was fixed was not
mentioned. The other one looks like a user error, and certainly not a
blocker. I have changed both issues accordingly, now we have 0 blockers.
Here is +1 for this release.

AFAIK, we cannot make a public release until we resolve all blockers. So

This vote has been open for more than 72 hours. There are number of +1
binding votes and no 0 ,-1 votes. There were few issues raised
during the vote process , necessary actions were taken and required
explanations have given for those issues.
I will continue with this release but will delay release mail until
related projects get release.

Yes , that is true 1.6 branch is not updated as trunk. Trunk contains
some latest development changes that we don't target for 1.6.0. FYI we
cut 1.6 branch on Feb and tried to have a release but found there are
number of samples were broken. During the recent past we addressed
those issues and carefully merged only required stable changes from
trunk , please see following threads [1] [2] . Note that this is the
procedure we followed from 1.5.* releases as described in release
process [3]. Only exception here is it took little more time than
other releases.

I still see the problem. Did you build the site from 1.6 branch? (if so)
as I can see 1.6 branch is little outdated and does not include all the
commits which have made to trunk. Either we should create a new branch
or merge from the trunk.

I copied same content as it generated during the Maven release. BTW
