Do you know the code you fixed has already been checked in ?

I've tried with the lastest code but couldn't see any differences
 in WSDL.

I specified SOAPBinding style document and annotated a parameter with 
@WebParam(targetNamespace="http://www.beehive.com/MyTarget" ).

Attached BEEHIVE-19-new.tar because the other repro was outdated (still used .jws in main src tree).  Untar and ant -f WEB-INF/src/build.xml clean build deploy to put into place.  This assumes CATALINA_HOME.  Click on the WSDL link in http://localhost:8080/BEEHIVE-19/
