Desc of taglibs

Hi,

Is there a summary of what each taglib does?  I remember seeing a taglib 
which demonstrates the implementation of MVC with servlet as the 
controller.  I thought it was one of the taglib in jakarta-taglibs.  I got 
the source from CVS today but I don't see it any more.  Was there such a 
taglib?
