    Resolution: Won't Fix

There're already similar utilities like {{Time}}, {{Timer}} and {{FakeTimer}} in hadoop.util, so move yarn.util.Clock to hadoop Common would cause some function duplication. Now close this jira as won't fix. Unreasonable using of Clock will be tracked in another jira.
