ServiceMix 4.2.0 download link is available directly from the home page:
http://servicemix.apache.org/servicemix-420.html

Anyway the SMX4 download page is not up to date (the link is still the 4.0.0 one).

I updated this page.

FYI, we are working on a whole website update.
