FW: mustUnderstand for SOAP 1.2

Hi,

 

The getMustUnderstand method of the SOAPHeaderElement Class is not
capable of returning the mustUnderstand attribute value fro SOAP 1.2
namespace.

 Whatever is specified (true|false), it returns a false.Is there any
patch available for this currently?
