[jira] [Commented] (AMQ-5776) Implement and test maxFrameSize across all protocols

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-5776?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14569608#comment-14569608 ]

Timothy Bish commented on AMQ-5776:
-----------------------------------

Made some updates to support the normal configuration of these values via the wireFormat.maxFrameSize as opposed to the less standard transport.wireFormat.maxFrameSize which we did previously. The previous way still works though so no breakage of existing configurations.

> The {{maxFrameSize}} option that currently exists for the OpenWire protocol should be implemented and tested across all protocols based on the discussion seen here: AMQ-5774. This will help pevent DOS attacks across any protocol that is used. Subtasks will be created for the different protocol/transports.
