This is a suggestion for the implementation of the SVN <changelog> task:

When invoking "svn log", use the --xml parameter to obtain an XML log from the
Subversion server.

Example:

svn log --xml -r{2006-09-23}:HEAD http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ant/core/trunk

The parsing logic in SvnChangeLogParser.java can be simplified because it can
parse the XML log output using standard XML parsing techniques.
