More code generation ...

I just added some code (and tests, of course!) where Tapestry will create
the property for a connected parameter (just like it will create properties
that are specified).  Tapestry checks that each connected parameter
(direction != CUSTOM) has a corresponding, non-abstract property.  If not,
it creates the property.  Creating reusable components just got even easier;
just define the parameter and an abstract accessor and be done with it!
