isapi_direct.dll is case-sensitive

I am not sure if this is fixed in 3.2dev, but I thought everyone should
be aware that isapi_direct.dll is case sensitive so that if you defined

/FooBar/*=ajp12

  http://www.foo.com/FooBar works but
  http://www.foo.com/foobar will not.

The ISAPI redirector should be case sensitive, because URLs are case
sensitive.
