mirror downtime

Hi,

	Our mirror neacm.fe.up.pt (Portugal) will be down from 17h GMT January 
12th till 9h GMT January 13th due to an UPS upgrade on the campus 
datacenter building.

	The UPS upgrade was faster than anticipated. Everything is back up!
