Actually, if you read the documentation of the TypesConfig directive, you will
see that it specifically tells you to use AddType rather than modifying mime.types
for just this reason.  This allows Apache to upgrade the mime types that it
understands when the server is upgraded.  You should think of mime.types as an 
internal apache file and not touch it.
