[SHARED] Missing method in API or unneeded method

In LdapNetworkConnection the method 'public SearchFuture searchAsync( DN
baseDn, String filter, SearchScope scope, String... attributes )' [1] is
implemented. No such method exists in the API LdapAsyncConnection[2]. Is
this method missing in the interface LdapAsyncConnection (or obsolete)?
