We should do this now that Hadoop is on guava 27 and curator 4.2.

> HADOOP-11612 adds a copy of Curator 2.7.1's {{ChildReaper}} and {{TestChildReaper}} with minor modifications to work with Guava 11.0.2. We should remove these classes and update any usages to point to Curator itself once we update Guava.
