Webclient and visualizer support for streaming programs

Hey guys,

I opened a pull request which adds support to the webclient for executing
and visualizing streaming programs.

I had to make modifications to the clients and the way plans are handled,
so someone should definitely review it :)

Any other comments on this? I would like to merge it soon, as it is a much
more convenient testing environment than the command line :P

Also we will have to start rethinking the job visualizer javascript to be
able to properly graph streaming programs (more than 2 inputs etc)
