Add the initial hbase-newshell Maven module (SPI/jline3 terminal abstraction) and the command-line parser: Lexer, Token/TokenType, ShellLineParser, ParsedCommand, ShellParseException. Includes lexer/parser unit tests, covering nested hashes.
