open office 2.0

Hello.

A few months back I updated the Open Office program ( installed approx
2004) I have been using to 3.4.
However I lost the ability to print any document.

After exhaustive support & twice paying a technician to fix the problem
(ability to print lasts 2-3 days) I now want to reinstall the original
version I was using.

I do not know what that may have been & the website offers only the latest
3.4 program.
How can I access whatever my original version was?

Faithfully

Judith
