If we blindly set the warnings filter, it is _impossible_ to silence
these warnings. This is the approach suggested in https://docs.python.org/3/library/warnings.html#overriding-the-default-filter

we could, I kind of don't want it easily discoverable - I'd rather people fix the warnings. (I want this for the exe)c based health check output to be cleaner

@ashb i love this change. qq, how do we pass args to disable the warning? i tried to pass `-Wignore` to `airflow` command. but it does not like the options.
