   @dongjoon-hyun . Thx for reviewing. 
   1. Yes we tested in our cluster . It helps to randomly pic shuffle locations , which helps in equal  data distribution for disks .
   2. I'll create a seperate Jira for the SPARK_EXECUTOR_DIRS .
